Free Pick up (in the Jane and Trethewey area) on all orders. Once your order as been fulfilled, you will be contacted to arrange a pick up appointment.

Once orders have been shipped out, Nglamourbyleslie claims no responsibility for delayed shipping times, lost or damaged in transit packages.

If you are worried about your package being delivered to your residence when you are not there, opt for a pick up location delivery. Most courier companies (including Canada post) will allow you to have your package sent to a pick up location rather than being delivered to your residence. Once you receive your tracking number, call your courier's customer service and ask if you can have your package rerouted to a pick up location.
